Free Tools

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026

The short version

The files you open in our tools (PDFs, images, resume text, invoices, etc.) are processed in your browser on your device. We do not operate a file-upload backend for those tools, and we do not receive copies of those files.

Who we are

Free Tools for Freelancers is operated by Diogo Ramos (“we”, “us”). Contact: diogocordovil@gmail.com.

What stays on your device

Clearing your browser data removes local drafts and settings. We cannot recover them.

What we (or partners) may collect

Website and ads

Pages may load Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure performance. See Google’s advertising policies and Google’s privacy policy.

Premium purchases

Optional premium unlocks are sold through Gumroad. Payment and license handling are processed by Gumroad under their terms. When you enter a license key in a tool, the browser may contact Gumroad’s license verification API to check that key. We do not store your payment card details.

Email you send us

If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and handle support or privacy requests.

Cookies

Beyond what advertising partners set, the tools themselves mainly use localStorage for convenience features. You can block cookies in your browser; ads and some site features may be affected.

Children

These tools are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
