Free Tools for Freelancers is a collection of simple, private utilities that run entirely in your browser.
What we build
We make everyday tools — invoices, resumes, PDF merge and signing, image compression, QR codes, and more — without accounts, uploads, or subscriptions for the core features.
Processing happens on your device. Your contracts, payslips, photos, and personal details are not sent to our servers, because there are no servers doing that work.
Why this exists
Most “free online” PDF and document tools quietly upload your files and monetize with monthly plans. We wanted the opposite: static pages you can use immediately, with optional one-time premium unlocks for power features.
Who’s behind it
Free Tools is built and maintained by Diogo Ramos, an independent maker. The project is bootstrapped — no venture funding, no growth team — just shipping useful tools and improving them over time.

How the site is supported
The free tools stay free. The site may show unobtrusive ads (via Google AdSense) and offer optional one-time premium upgrades through Gumroad. Ads and premium purchases never require you to upload the files you process in the tools.
